Retain Training
Retain is a message archiving and eDiscovery program. If you are going to support Retain you are going to have to learn how it works and what it integrates with. The best way to do that is to create a test system that has at least one email server and a Retain server.

Overview
Retain integrates into the customer's email system. Our job is to make sure that happens smoothly. Knowing how Retain fits into that system is important.
Test Systems
The best way to learn is by doing. You are going to create some simple test systems to become familiar with Retain. Virtual Machines (VMs) are a great way to create a test lab. You'll need to create a VM and install an operating system.
