Set up a Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2008 R2 server.
- Add the .NET Framework 3.51 [1] feature to the server
- Add the IIS role to the server.
- Install the Azure AD module [2]
- Install database if needed.
- MySQL 5.5 Community edition [5]
- Install Retain
- Setup Retain for O365
