This page is provided for access to internal diagnostic features and tools within the GWAVA system. Please do not modify settings without instruction from a qualified GWAVA support personel as changes made through this page may cause undesired results.
Save all SMTP message files - Save all message bodies to disk
Force all mail as spam - Force all mail coming in to be classified as SPAM
Forced spam score - Force messages scanned to have a certain spam score.
Output scanner engine service/event map file - Output the Scanner engine map to a file
Record QMS SQL statements - Record the actual SQL statements for the QMS program
Do not train as HAM when block service fires - Do not train spam engine as HAM when messages are blocked
Output message results scan map file - Output the results of a scan to file
Disable Commtouch API connection - Disable the connection to the SPAM servers
Force SMTP as - Force the connection of all SMTP traffic
Force SMTP address - Force the IP Address of incoming connections
Enable SMTP protocol response logging - Log the responses of SMTP protocols
Delay message processing (seconds, 0=disabled) - Delay message processing for a number of seconds
Enable detailed logging of SPF processing - Enable detailed logging for SPF lookups
Enable keep statistics directive files - Store the XML files that stats uses to generate the database
Enable keep last statistics backup uncompressed - Keep the last stats back in an uncompressed form
Force all mail as RBL - Force all mail to be blocked because of a RBL hit
Force all mail as IP reputation - Force all mail to be blocked because of a IP Reputation Blocks
Force all mail as IP reputation temp fail - Force all mail to be temp failed
Disable secondary virus scanner - Disable the secondary anti-virus scanner
Disable email notification on failure to connect to definition server alert - Disable notifications when the signature spam service cannot connect to the datacetners
Disable email notification on failure to update virus definitions - Disable notifications when the anti-virus updates fail
