The Journey_Maps process helps us clarify who wants the feature, what they are trying to do, why they are trying to do it.
Most of our customers we deal with are sysadmins, but users also use our software. Something to be aware of is that some users are limited in some way. There are notes on accessible design [1] that make the UX easier for everyone.
