New Email Stuck In Drafts Folder
In Microsoft Exchange 2013 it can stop sending emails and they seem to end up being stuck in the Drafts folder.
If they can still receive outside mail the issue is that Exchange is not processing outgoing mail correctly.
The first thing to do is to see if the mail system is running correctly in Services
- Go to: Start/Services
- Then find the service: Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Transport Submission
- Make sure it is running or start it, found on the left sidebar, if it is not.
- Once it is started the Draft Folders should clear immediately.
