Notes for installing kbpublisher as I try to upgrade the editor:
Get the installer from sourceforge [1]
Get CKEditor the improved FKEditor [2]
This howto [3] might be handy.
Install apache2 and php5 package via YaST
Install MySQL for SLES11 64-bit
