The problem is, we don’t guard civilian military places like we do military bases. Even at Fort Hood you had plenty of firepower but it does not take long to kill people. If I had to guess now, I would say we have one or two shooters with training, either foreign terrorists or domestic ones. I doubt highly this is a work place shooting for revenge.
