Additionally, Christof created a RetainPersist.jar that has a hidden mode '9' that won't be offered in the UI; however, if you type 9 instead of 5 it will run the tool in an 'IgnoreError' mode. For situations where the migrator errors out during the final index creation process (after choosing the option to "exit immediately"), he hopes it will create those indexes/triggers that are missing and ignore errors for those already existing. See bug 5432.
