Auto-Reload would have the most current backup loaded.

  • Browse to the Reload Web Administration Console
  • If you have Auto-Reload configured, the most recent backup will be loaded already
  • If a backup has not been loaded, the most recent backup can be loaded by pressing the load backup button
  • If an older back needs to be loaded, click on the Profile, choose the Backups tab, select "Turn On Access to Prior Backups", choose the desired backup and press "Turn on Access"
  • Wait for the backup to load

With a backup loaded on Reload, have the user open their client and choose "File | Open Backup". This will show the items not available on the live server.

  • Access Mode

Alternatively, the client can connect directly to the Access Mode GroupWise POA on the Reload server.

The address the client must connect to can be found in the Reload Web Administration Console: <Profile> | Backups tab | GroupWise Client Aces to Reload Backups

Once the client connects to their Reload backup they should archive the item(s) to disk, exit the client, connect to the production GroupWise server and unarchive the item(s).
